You know when you need a team's performance to improve, or you need to get a new starter onboarded and up to speed quickly, but you just don't have the time, resources, or little budget to make it happen? That's where I can help. I collaborate with HR and businesses to diagnose and design performance improvement solutions, some of which may benefit from mobile learning solutions. I design, build, and deploy all device-friendly, accessible learning solutions. Frustrated by e-learning that either required a desk, was generic, overly reliant on 'click next,' and not designed for inclusivity, I leverage technology and extensive experience to bring interactive, scenario-driven learning, specifically designed for mobile phones. It works equally well on other devices and can be hosted on LMS platforms, or I can provide that service as well. I've worked in-house, accountable and responsible for global e-learning solutions, delivered in multiple languages and localisations. I've done the big stuff and now I bring that skill and experience to organisations that don't have in-house expertise or access to the e-learning solutions that they deserve too. I now work with SMEs and public sector organisations that support SMEs, either directly or via HR or People Professionals, delivering standalone or blended learning solutions.
